WHY WE DECIDED TO WRITE A RESEARCH PAPER ABOUT “Bantay dagat”
We decided to write a research paper about “Bantay dagat, the unsung heroes of the marine life” because we are encouraged to appreciate their work. Most of them are the common fishermen, who work hard just to take care of the marine resources even though they lack financial support. We appreciate them because of their cooperation and unity as they work together even without any wages. And they are part of the development of our community. Without them, the marine life is now totally damage due to the abuse of the people.
That’s why we decided to write a research paper about “Bantay Dagat” because they aim in preserving the marine life and benefiting the common fishermen that needs financial support from the government to continue its implementation. And we really admire them.
